Lisa D’Haese is an associate lawyer at Masuch Law Group. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015 and practices in the areas of family law, real estate, corporate law, and wills and estates, including estate planning and probate.

Lisa’s family law practice includes divorce and separation, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and the division of family property. She represents clients in both negotiated resolutions and contested proceedings and is known for her thoughtful preparation, clear communication, and effective advocacy.

Lisa also assists clients through a range of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, including settlement meetings, mediation, arbitration, and Court-administered ADR programs. She works closely with clients to develop practical, client-focused solutions tailored to their individual circumstances, whether through settlement or litigation. She is committed to guiding clients through complex legal matters with professionalism, empathy, and a steady focus on achieving effective outcomes.

Lisa attended Thompson Rivers University, where she obtained her Juris Doctor (JD).
