Gerald passed away in 2025. We honour his many contributions to our firm and the clients he served throughout his distinguished career. The biography below is preserved in recognition of his legacy and longstanding commitment to the practice of law.

Gerald was a partner in our Calgary office. He had a well-rounded approach to the practice of law which allowed him to achieve great results for his clients in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Gerald had extensive experience across the spectrum of business and commercial matters, with a focus on assisting developers and builders in the development of residential and commercial projects, including structuring joint ventures and limited partnerships to acquire and develop real estate projects.

Gerald also advised clients on commercial contracts, financings, and business acquisitions and sales. He practiced law for over 30 years and was recognized as a valuable advisor to his clients.
